Man charged with theft of local grocer On Dec. 9, Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy B. Russell arrested a man for theft of a local grocery store. Russell responded to an alarm call at the Kroger store at 370 W. FM 1960, and when he arrived, drove behind the Kroger’s in time to see a man jump into a car and speed away.
